What is tulsi?
Tulsi, also known as holy basil, is a fragrant herb that has a long place in Indian homes, gardens and traditions. In this tea it adds an earthy, slightly peppery aroma to smooth green tea.
Does it contain caffeine?
Yes. As a green tea blend it contains natural caffeine, lighter than coffee. It is best enjoyed in the morning or afternoon rather than late at night.
How do I brew it?
Heat water to about 80°C (not boiling), pour over one tea bag or one teaspoon of leaves, steep 2–3 minutes, then remove the leaves. Longer steeping increases strength and bitterness.

No. It contains no added sugar and no artificial flavours or preservatives. Any sweetness comes from the natural ingredients, and you can add your own honey or sweetener to taste.
Can I drink it daily?
For most healthy adults, 2–3 cups a day is a comfortable amount. If you are sensitive to caffeine, pregnant, have a medical condition, or are on medication, keep intake lower and consult your doctor.
What does it taste like?
